🌐 EDSAW Project Launches the Online Training on Lean Management Principles
📣 M&M Profuture Training, S.L. is pleased to announce the launch of the online training course “Lean Management Principles for Business”, developed within the framework of the EDSAW Project (Enhancing Digital & Soft Skills for the Ageing Workforce).
💡 This innovative course is specifically designed for the trainers who will conduct the upcoming local training sessions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, helping them strengthen their understanding of Lean methodologies and how these can be applied to make processes more efficient, reduce waste, and promote continuous improvement in business environments.

🗓️ Session 3 – December 12
💻 Format: Online interactive sessions via Zoom + practical assignments between sessions
👩‍🏫 Trainer: Armand Faganel
This training combines theory and hands-on learning through group activities, case studies, and exercises using the official EDSAW learning materials.
📘 Participants will explore key Lean concepts such as Kaizen, PDCA cycle, 5S, Kanban, and Gemba walks, and will learn to measure performance through KPIs.
