M&M Profuture Training is an experienced European project partner based in Barcelona, Spain, actively involved in Erasmus+ KA2 cooperation partnerships and international educational initiatives.
We contribute to European projects through educational research, training programme development, digital learning resources, pilot activities, stakeholder engagement, dissemination and exploitation of results.
Our experience across vocational education, adult learning, school education and youth enables us to support project consortia from the development of innovative educational solutions to their practical implementation and impact.

What We Bring to European and International Project Partnerships
Educational Content & Curriculum Development
Design and development of training programmes, educational resources, lesson plans and practical learning materials adapted to different target groups.
Digital Learning & Moodle Platforms
Development and management of digital learning environments, including Moodle platforms, interactive online courses, e-learning resources and assessment tools to support accessible and engaging educational experiences.
Piloting & Local Implementation in Spain
Organisation and implementation of pilot activities, workshops and training sessions in Spain, involving learners, educators, local organisations and relevant stakeholders to test and validate project results.

ESDAW promotes digital and soft skills among older workers, supporting lifelong learning, employability and digital inclusion.
M&M’s Role
M&M led WP5, developing methodological guidance for Lifelong Learning Centres and Individual Learning Systems, and contributed to dissemination and stakeholder engagement.

FUTURE-STEM-HUB

About the Project
FUTURE-STEM-HUB aims to strengthen STEM education in secondary schools by integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning and programming into innovative teaching and learning activities. The project provides practical educational resources and training opportunities for teachers and students, promoting digital skills, creativity and problem-solving.
M&M’s Role
M&M Profuture Training contributed to the development of educational resources on ethical artificial intelligence and programming with Python and Scratch, and led the development of 12 STEM lesson plans.
Our team also organised teacher training, student workshops and educational activities in Spain, supporting the practical implementation and evaluation of the project’s learning resources.

ROBOTS4INCLUSION – Educational Robotics to Support Inclusive Education in Primary Schools

About the Project
ROBOTS4INCLUSION promotes inclusive education in primary schools by combining educational robotics with social and emotional learning (SEL). The project provides teachers with practical training, innovative educational resources and classroom activities to support students’ emotional development, participation and inclusion.
M&M’s Role
M&M Profuture Training contributed to the development of teacher training courses and educational resources on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), the TOKADI methodology and Universal Design for Learning.
Our team also supported the practical implementation of TOKADI activities in Spanish primary schools, helping connect inclusive educational approaches with real classroom experiences.

WANTOFISH – Water Footprint in Aquaculture

About the Project
WANTOFISH promotes sustainable aquaculture by raising awareness of water footprint management and the responsible use of water resources in the Mediterranean aquaculture sector.
The project develops vocational training materials and digital learning resources to strengthen environmental knowledge, sustainable practices and professional skills among students, educators and aquaculture professionals.
M&M’s Role
M&M Profuture Training contributed to the development and implementation of vocational training resources on water footprint and sustainable aquaculture, supporting the project’s multilingual Moodle learning platform.
Our team also participated in the dissemination of project results, including educational resources, newsletters and digital communication activities aimed at increasing awareness of sustainable water management.
Key Results
A 54-hour vocational training course structured into five modules on water footprint and sustainable aquaculture.
A multilingual Moodle learning platform providing access to training materials, quizzes and learning activities.
Practical educational resources, including 15 case studies, a glossary and an e-book supporting sustainable water management in aquaculture.
Mitigating the Negative Effects of Social Media through Art

About the Project
Mitigating the Negative Effects of Social Media through Art aims to raise awareness of the impact of social media on young people’s emotional wellbeing, social relationships and behaviour.
The project promotes innovative arts-based educational approaches, including theatre and creative activities, to foster empathy, critical thinking, responsible digital behaviour and positive social interactions among students.
M&M’s Role
M&M Profuture Training contributed to the implementation of innovative arts-based educational activities promoting digital wellbeing, empathy and responsible social media use.
Our team organised an international training workshop in Barcelona, “Empathy in the Digital Age: A Theatrical Approach”, bringing together educators to explore theatre-based methodologies and practical strategies for addressing the negative effects of social media.
M&M also contributed to documenting the workshop methodology and learning outcomes through an educational guide.

DigiLAB – Together We Play

About the Project
DigiLAB – Together We Play is an Erasmus+ project focused on promoting digital learning and innovative educational approaches in the youth sector.
The project develops a digital learning platform with 10 courses, providing educational resources that support skills development and non-formal learning opportunities for young people.
M&M’s Role
M&M Profuture Training contributed to the development of the DigiLAB digital learning platform by preparing the educational content for Chapters 5 and 6.
Through this contribution, our team supported the creation of digital training resources for youth education and non-formal learning.

OPEP-DV – Online Professional Education on Domestic Violence

🏆 European Innovative Teaching Award 2025
OPEP-DV was recognised with the European Innovative Teaching Award 2025, highlighting its innovative approach to professional education and training.
About the Project
OPEP-DV aims to strengthen the knowledge and professional skills of physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in recognising and responding to domestic violence.
The project developed innovative online training resources to help healthcare professionals identify warning signs, support victims and adopt appropriate professional responses, contributing to safer and more inclusive healthcare practices.
M&M’s Role
M&M Profuture Training participated as the Spanish partner in OPEP-DV, contributing to European cooperation in the development of innovative online training resources for healthcare professionals.
Through its involvement, M&M supported the project’s educational objectives and the promotion of professional awareness and skills related to domestic violence.

Online training resources for physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals on recognising and responding to domestic violence.
