M&M Profuture Training is a training and mobility provider based in Barcelona, Spain, supporting individuals and organisations in their professional, educational and international development since 2014.

We specialise in Erasmus+ mobility, teacher training, VET internships and European cooperation projects, working with schools, vocational education and training providers, universities, adult education organisations, companies and other partners across Europe and beyond.

Through our Erasmus+ activities, we organise training courses, professional internships, job-shadowing experiences, educational visits and tailored mobility programmes. We support participants and partner organisations throughout the entire mobility process, combining personalised assistance with a strong network of local educational institutions, companies and professionals.

European Cooperation & Innovation

M&M Profuture Training is also actively involved in European cooperation projects, contributing to the development of innovative educational methodologies, training programmes, digital learning resources and practical tools for learners and educators.

Our work covers areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence and STEM education, inclusive education, employability, active ageing, sustainability, social and emotional learning and lifelong learning.
