Barcelona Hosts Erasmus+ Training on Social Entrepreneurship and Inclusive Innovation for Bulgarian VET StudentsDuring April 2026, M&M Profuture Training welcomed a group of vocational education students from PGT Stara Zagora in Barcelona as part of the Erasmus+ project INSPIRE: Students Internships in Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship.
The mobility programme focused on entrepreneurship, sustainable business development and social innovation, offering students a practical and international learning experience connected to real business environments.
Participants came from different educational profiles related to:
- Operational Accounting
- Electronic Commerce
- Economics and Management
- Banking and Finance
- Business Administration
- Wholesale and Retail Trade
Throughout the programme, students participated in practical workshops centred on:
- Business creation and development
- Business Model Canvas
- Sustainable and circular economy models
- Market research and customer analysis
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Project development and pitching
The workshops combined active learning methodologies, collaborative activities and project-based learning, allowing students to develop their own business ideas while improving their entrepreneurial and transversal competences.
As part of the training, participants also visited several organisations connected to innovation and social entrepreneurship, including:
- Centre de Promoció Econòmica del Prat de Llobregat
- Es Im-perfect, an inspiring example of circular economy and sustainable business practices
The programme helped students understand how entrepreneurship, sustainability and innovation can work together to create positive social impact while developing viable business models.
This Erasmus+ mobility also promoted intercultural exchange, international collaboration and the development of soft skills essential for the future labour market.
