DigiSecureSME – Digital Competences as a Chance for a More Secure Tomorrow

DigiSecureSME supports the development of digital competences among employees of micro and small enterprises through interactive training resources, digital skills assessment tools and learning materials available in Polish, Spanish and English.
M&M’s Contribution: Development of digital competence training resources and educational materials for SMEs.
ESSS – Entrepreneurial Skills for Social Sciences

ESSS aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills among social sciences students by identifying their training needs and developing educational resources to support entrepreneurship education.
M&M’s Contribution: Responsible for developing the project’s educational materials and training resources, including the ESSS training handbook, and organising the international Train-the-Trainers activity in Barcelona.
DIGIT+ – Digitalization in VET Training
Digital Skills · Vocational Education · Teacher Training
DIGIT+ strengthened digital competences in vocational education through innovative training resources, online courses and an interactive learning platform supporting inclusive digital education.
M&M’s Contribution: Led the development of the online CRM course, the handbook Intercultural and Intergenerational Connection on Digital Education, and the training course Using an eBook at Your Classrooms, while contributing to other project activities.
DIGISEL – Digitally Improving Social and Emotional Skills of Primary School Teachers

DIGISEL aimed to strengthen primary school teachers’ social and emotional competences through innovative educational resources, practical activities and training methodologies that promote empathy and positive classroom environments.
M&M’s Contribution: Led Intellectual Output O3, Developing Empathy and Behaviour among Students, including the development of the handbook Ways of Becoming a More Empathetic Teacher, curriculum design, educational materials and training resources, as well as the pilot implementation in cooperation with KMEM.
D-COLLAB – Collaboration for Effective Digital Education

D-COLLAB aimed to improve the quality of digital education in higher education through innovative teaching methodologies, collaborative learning resources and practical approaches to effective online education.
M&M’s Contribution: Led and coordinated the development of IO3, Methodologies for Effective Digital Teaching at Universities, a practical guidebook created collaboratively by project partners, covering digital teaching strategies, online learning, MOOCs and the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu).
INTEGRATE 2 EU – Developing Innovative Approaches for the Social Integration of Female Migrants

INTEGRATE 2 EU promoted the social inclusion of migrant women by strengthening their social, cultural and educational competences through innovative learning resources and intercultural training approaches.
M&M’s Contribution: Led and coordinated the development of the Alternate Intercultural Communication Guidebook for Trainers who Teach Migrants, bringing together practical methodologies, participatory activities and educational resources to support inclusive and intercultural adult education.
MCM – My Career Matters
Social Inclusion · Intellectual Disabilities · Career Guidance
MCM aimed to empower people with intellectual disabilities to take an active role in their education, professional development and employment pathways through accessible career guidance and training resources.
M&M’s Contribution: Led the development of IO3, the Xplore LMI Toolkit, designed for career educators, employment specialists and practitioners supporting people with intellectual disabilities. M&M also developed educational materials and contributed to the project’s other intellectual outputs.
CREW – Creativity, Resilience, Empowerment for Work

CREW aimed to strengthen adults’ employability, resilience and personal development through innovative training approaches focused on digital literacy, career management, communication and self-improvement skills.
M&M’s Contribution: Led the development of IO2, Training Course on Career Management Skills, coordinating the creation of educational resources designed to help adult learners strengthen their career planning, professional development and employability competences.
SUSTAINVET – Survival Skills for Trainers of Apprentices in Initial VET

SUSTAINVET aimed to strengthen the competences of company mentors involved in vocational education and training, supporting the planning, delivery and assessment of apprenticeship programmes.
M&M’s Contribution: Led the development of The Ultimate Company Mentor Survival Toolkit, a practical resource designed to support company mentors in guiding, training and assessing VET apprentices.
DEPCIP – Digitised Education of Parents for Children Protection

DEPCIP aimed to raise awareness among families about violence against children and promote child protection through innovative educational approaches and digital learning resources.
M&M’s Contribution: Actively participated alongside all project partners in the development of educational resources, training materials, instructional videos and digital learning content, as well as in Train-the-Trainers activities and other project implementation activities.
SOFTCOMINVET – Bridging the Gap of In-Company Trainers’ Soft Skills Competences in the VET Sector

SOFTCOMINVET aimed to strengthen the soft skills of in-company trainers in SMEs, improving their ability to guide, support and mentor VET learners during workplace training through practical educational resources and innovative methodologies.
M&M’s Contribution: Actively participated alongside all project partners in the development of the project’s educational resources, training materials, self-reflection tools and good practices, as well as in the implementation of project activities supporting the professional development of in-company trainers.
WELL BE – Supporting Students Emotional Health, Well-being and Resilience in Times of Global Crisis

WELL BE aimed to support secondary school students in developing emotional well-being and resilience, helping them overcome the challenges of social exclusion and the impact of the COVID-19 crisis.
M&M’s Contribution: Led the development of the Teacher’s Guide, a practical educational resource designed to help secondary school teachers support students’ emotional well-being, strengthen resilience and address the challenges experienced during times of crisis.
