INSIGNARE Students Shine During Two-Month Internships in Barcelona
A group of talented students from INSIGNARE – Escola Profissional de Ourém (Portugal) completed an exciting two-month Erasmus+ professional mobility in Barcelona, coordinated by M&M Profuture Training .
.The experience, part of the KA1 VET Mobility programme, offered students the chance to immerse themselves in real work environments – developing new skills, gaining confidence, and preparing for their future careers.

What Did They Do?
Customer service and hospitality support
Automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs
CNC machine operation and manufacturing tasks
IT hardware & software support
Graphic and interior design
Admin and HR support, including accounting tasks.Throughout the mobility, students worked in multicultural environments, applied their knowledge in real-world contexts, and developed soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability .
