TOKADI arrives in the classroom: emotional robotics and inclusion in action
The European TOKADI project, part of the Robots4Inclusion initiative, has been successfully implemented in six educational centers in Catalonia:
Teide SchoolPablo Neruda Public SchoolMontserrat SchoolSIL SchoolLa Mina SchoolPablo Neruda SchoolThanks to this innovative proposal, more than 200 elementary school children have had a unique experience in which robotics is combined with emotional education and inclusion.
The protagonist of the project is TOKADI, a friendly turtle-shaped robot that guides students through activities to identify emotions, learn to cooperate, and value diversity.

Data collected through questionnaires with students and teachers demonstrate that TOKADI has generated:
