Erasmus+ Internship: Manuela’s Culinary Journey in Barcelona

Thanks to the Erasmus+ KA1 VET program, Manuela Emem Dos Ramos Inyang has embarked on an exciting internship experience in Barcelona, where she is enhancing her culinary skills at Restaurant El Racó in Sant Climent de Llobregat. This opportunity, facilitated by M&M Profuture Training and COOPETAPE, allows her to gain hands-on experience in the kitchen while immersing herself in the Spanish gastronomic culture.

An Internship Full of Learning and Growth

From February 6 to May 11, 2025, Manuela will be mastering various kitchen operations, working under the guidance of Gerard Solis Tugas, the restaurant’s manager and her mentor. Throughout this period, she will engage in various essential tasks such as:

✅ Preparing kitchen utensils and workstations 🔪

✅ Cooking and plating regional and international dishes 🥘

✅ Managing food safety protocols, including HACCP 🛡️
