Robots4Inclusion Partners Meet Online to Continue Building Inclusive Education Through Robotics
The partners of the Robots4Inclusion Erasmus+ project recently held an online coordination meeting to review the project’s progress and organise the next steps towards the successful completion of its activities.
Robots4Inclusion is an innovative Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership that aims to promote inclusive education in primary schools through educational robotics. The project supports teachers in creating engaging learning environments where every child, regardless of their abilities or background, can actively participate, collaborate and develop essential skills for the future.
The initiative combines robotics, coding, digital technologies and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to help children strengthen not only their digital competences but also communication, teamwork, empathy, creativity, problem-solving and self-confidence. Through practical and collaborative activities, students learn by doing while fostering inclusion and equal opportunities in the classroom.
To support educators, the consortium is developing a comprehensive collection of educational resources, including:
- 🤖 An innovative educational robotics approach for inclusive classrooms.
- 📚 Lesson plans and classroom activities ready to use.
- 📖 An Implementation Guide to support teachers.
- ❤️ An Inclusion Handbook and a Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Handbook.
- 💻 A free online learning platform providing Open Educational Resources (OER), training materials and digital content for teachers across Europe.
During the online meeting, project partners reviewed the progress of these resources and coordinated the remaining activities before the project’s conclusion.
Among the main topics discussed were:
- Finalisation and translation of the Implementation Guide into all partner languages.
- Development of a common visual identity for the Inclusion Handbook and the SEL Handbook.
- Review of the online learning platform and planning a dedicated session to explore its functionalities and future use.
- Coordination of financial and administrative tasks.
- Planning dissemination activities and preparing the project’s final event in Essen, Germany.
The meeting once again demonstrated the strong collaboration between all consortium partners and their shared commitment to making education more inclusive through innovation, technology and international cooperation.
As a proud project partner, M&M Profuture Training continues contributing to the development of high-quality educational resources that empower teachers and create more inclusive, motivating and future-ready classrooms for children across Europe.
