๐Ÿ“ฃ M&M Profuture Training, S.L. is pleased to announce the launch of the online training course โ€œLean Management Principles for Businessโ€, developed within the framework of the EDSAW Project (Enhancing Digital & Soft Skills for the Ageing Workforce).
๐Ÿ’ก This innovative course is specifically designed for the trainers who will conduct the upcoming local training sessions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, helping them strengthen their understanding of Lean methodologies and how these can be applied to make processes more efficient, reduce waste, and promote continuous improvement in business environments.
