We start another ERASMUS project (DigisecureSMS): Digital competences as a chance for a more secure tomorrow Digisecuresms whose goal is the development of digital competences of management staff, employees of micro and small enterprises (MiM) and adults through the comprehensive development and implementation of a course on digital competences with a digital skills assessment tool.
Coordinated by Fundacja Edukacja Zdrowie Rozwój for two years we will work together for the developmen of a course whose aims is to improve the digital competences of adults who want to increase their development opportunities on the labor market by providing the necessary digital skills currently required by employers.As part of the project, it is planned to develop the substantive and methodological nature of an interactive course improving the digital competences of the staff of micro and small enterprises and to implement it in three language versions on a dedicated internet platform.
- Development of a guide describing digital competences for the MiM card. (micro and small)
2. Developing and defining appropriate development paths for MiM staff.

Moreover, a comprehensive, interactive course will be prepared to improve the digital competences of micro and small entrepreneurs, along with a tool for assessing the a.m. skills. The course in three language versions and different levels of advancement will be implemented and available on a dedicated online platform. The course will serve to improve the digital competences of target groups of partner organizations and other adults interested in improving the a.m. skills.
