The EDSAW project held a meeting and workshop in Kütahya, Turkey, from November 4 to 8, 2024, at Kütahya Dumlupınar University. This event, funded by the Erasmus+ KA220-ADU program, aimed to strengthen digital and interpersonal skills among the aging workforce. Representatives from partners’ institutions participated, including the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA), Kütahya Dumlupınar University, M&M Profuture Training, S.L, MENDELU and EconoMind.

During the event, several key activities took place. One of the highlights was the Steering Committee Meeting, where participants reviewed the project’s progress and discussed future activities, including the use of the e-learning platform. Additionally, a workshop on needs analysis was conducted, where participants shared findings from country-specific case studies and developed strategies for creating educational materials.

Another notable activity was the collaborative development of courses and educational materials, both in face-to-face and online formats. A dissemination plan was also presented to maximize the project’s impact and share its progress. This meeting underscored the EDSAW project’s commitment to educational innovation and international cooperation to enhance skills among the aging workforce.
