EDSAW Project Meeting Successfully Held in Barcelona!
From 3rd to 5th September 2025, the partners of the EDSAW Project (Enhancing Digital and Soft Skills for the Ageing Workforce) met in Barcelona, hosted by M&M Profuture Training, S.L.
The three-day meeting focused on reviewing the progress of the project, planning upcoming activities, and strengthening collaboration among all partners. Discussions covered the development of the EDSAW online courses, pilot trainings, dissemination and communication actions, and the creation of local learning centres and innovative learning spaces across partner countries.
A key highlight was the two-part “Train the Trainers” session, led by DPU (Türkiye), which provided valuable insights into adult teaching methodologies. These sessions helped partners enhance their pedagogical approach for the upcoming local training implementations in their respective countries.
The meeting combined presentations, workshops, and interactive discussions, offering opportunities for reflection, knowledge sharing, and the planning of future joint initiatives.
On 5th September, the final day was dedicated to bilateral meetings, evaluation, and coordination of next steps, ensuring the alignment of all partners in the upcoming project stages.
The event also included a social dinner organized by M&M Profuture Training, allowing participants to enjoy Catalan gastronomy and informal networking in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The EDSAW Project continues its mission to bridge the digital and soft skills gap of Europe’s ageing workforce, promoting inclusion, innovation, and lifelong learning opportunities for adults.
