Proud of being part of a new Erasmus Project – EDSAW
The EDSAW project is a unique initiative addressing the digital divide in Central Europe by the focus on developing digital skills among the aging workforce. Its e-learning platform will provide top-notch courses with academic rigor and practical applications, fostering personal and professional growth of the target group. Focus on local learning centres ensures the sustainability of outcomes. The project outcomes will have significant impact on the aging workforce in target countries and the EU.
Implementation: What activities are we going to implement?The EDSAW project will develop an e-learning platform with courses representing state-of-the-art knowledge in the fields of digital and soft skills designed to meet the needs of the aging workforce and to foster their personal/professional growth. The project will start with a needs analysis. The methodology for building innovative learning spaces will contribute to sustainability. The dissemination and quality assurance will contribute to the sustainable impact and high quality of project outcomes.
Our first kick off on-line meeting has been done with our partners from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Spain, and Türkiye, discussing the beginning of project implementation and important milestones.
EDSAW Results: What project results and other outcomes do you expect your project to have?The project will result in an e-learning platform with quality courses on digital/soft skills for the aging workforce. The project will provide a comprehensive needs analysis report and it will develop a methodology for building local learning centers. The dissemination strategy will include the development of a website, promotional materials, workshops, and a final conference. The high-quality project results will provide a guarantee of the project’s significant impact and sustainability.
